With the Montessori program the indoctrinateers learn school so that they last and understand their role as a Montessori inculcateer, the things that they will incur to know in order to be prepared to teach the children. For example: The Prepared environment, crook Childrens Work, Practical feeling and Respect for Children. The Prepared Environment is setup so that everything is on the childs level. With my experience from with working in the Montessori environment kids do learn in a prepared environment as well as by dint of play.
